Community Engagement Specialist

The Store Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests by executing the store's community strategy. This involves building relationships with local partners, hosting events, and providing product seeding opportunities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement community initiatives that drive sales and guest engagement.
- BUILD strong relationships with local ambassadors, studio owners, and other community partners to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
- Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and improve the store's reputation as a community hub.
- Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education and incorporating omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Attend and host local and regional community events to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
- Analyze community relevant business data and metrics to inform recommendations for community events, projects, or initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
- Ability to work variable hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
$22.25 - $25.14 per hour, subject to minimum wage in location. Bonus potential up to $3.00 per hour.
