Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Set staff work schedules and determine the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures as needed.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, addressing customer complaints or concerns and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work as part of a team.
