About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor of Midnight LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing, and that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately inventoried and stored in a secure and organized manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe, maintaining a clean and tidy environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
