About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliability, team player
