Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train and develop sales floor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is always stocked with the right products.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improving customer service.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, meeting Shell Gas Station's high standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
