About the Job

As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, patients, and visitors. Your primary duties will include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-7 months of experience in a similar role. You must be fluent in English and able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute medical reports, correspondence, and other documents
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health care plan, permanent employment, and 30-40 hours of work per week.
