Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
- Supervise a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Arrange for shipping documentation and track the movement of goods in transit.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including record-keeping and tracking of cargo information.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
