Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
- Supervise a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks.
- Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure transport compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue to drive business growth.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including record-keeping and tracking of cargo information.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
