THE ROLE

As a Case Management Specialist at EML, you will play a crucial role in supporting injured workers through their recovery and return to employment. You will be the central point of contact for the injured worker, employer, and stakeholders involved in the treatment plan.

We are seeking individuals with exceptional customer service and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's life, this could be the role for you.

This is a permanent position based in our brand-new office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a full portfolio of workers' compensation claims focusing on physical and psychological injuries
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, doctors, and rehabilitation providers, to support the injured worker's recovery
  • Implement active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in allied health, customer service, call center/contact center, or disability support roles is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others and ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative when engaging with stakeholders
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
