Toronto-Based Enterprise Sales Expert Wanted

Grafana Labs is a leading provider of cloud-based observability and data analytics solutions.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in enterprise sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals that meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide expert-level knowledge of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, including their features, benefits, and value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales initiatives and improve customer engagement
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to close, including demos, proofs of concept, and negotiations
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
- 10 years of software sales experience
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Experience using Salesforce
- Familiarity selling open source technology is a plus
Our OTE compensation range for this role is $340,000 - $360,000 CAD per year. This includes base salary, bonus, and equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
