About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated Design Consultants/In-home Sales Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for designing, quoting, and closing projects ranging from custom closets to entertainment centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and quote projects to meet client needs and expectations
  • Cultivate relationships with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of sales success, preferably in a commission-based environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic mathematical reasoning capabilities, with the ability to calculate quotes and handle financial transactions
