About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our User Management team in Vancouver. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that enable user and team administration within Asana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure software systems for user and team management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality features
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code reviews, architecture diagrams, and technical guides
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on user management and administration
  • Proven track record of designing and developing complex software systems, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and security
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
