About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our User Management team in Vancouver. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our user provisioning and administration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and secure user provisioning and administration systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on user provisioning and administration
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality software and driving technical innovation
