About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our User Management team in Vancouver. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that enable user provisioning, lifecycle management, and deprovisioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that meet the needs of large enterprises
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality features
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on complex systems and large-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
