The Technical Support Analyst is a key member of the Uberflip team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless product implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and web portal, resolving technical product issues and providing guidance on product implementation.
  • Track and manage support ticket activity in our automated support portal, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and desk-level reference guides, enhancing team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content for the Uberflip Knowledge Base, focusing on new feature releases and bug fixes, and providing technical oversight during the publishing process.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a B2B/Enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Web Development and programming using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and their integration with applications and platforms.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Layer concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
