Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that we are able to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our store is able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
