Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Edson Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the management of store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Work Hours
- 32 hours per week.
