EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, including office and volunteer personnel
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve employee performance
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
