Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
