Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our High Performance Institute team.

The successful candidate will provide executive and administrative support to the Head of the Nutrien High Performance Institute, including scheduling management, program record management, and maintaining accurate data repositories. They will also assist in managing logistics, coordination, and execution of Institute programs and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the High Performance Institute in engaging and communicating with senior and executive leaders and other internal customers.
  • Building relationships with key internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Establishing and maintaining confidentiality appropriate to the nature and scope of the work of the High Performance Institute.
  • Providing executive support for the Head of the Nutrien High Performance Institute, including scheduling management, program record management, and maintaining accurate data repositories.
  • Assisting in managing logistics, coordination, and execution of Institute programs and services.
  • Preparing program documents, scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas and minutes, and related communications, all with consideration to confidentiality.
  • Maintaining Institute supplies and branded collateral, arranging delivery of Institute materials to global locations.
  • Creating and managing workflows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing, managing supplier setup, and initiating invoice payments.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree in psychology or a related discipline, with 10+ years of experience providing comprehensive and confidential executive administration and program support. They will also have a foundational understanding of Institute programs and services, experience in independently establishing networks relevant to the scope of the role, and the ability to manage costs and time deadlines on assigned projects.
