Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our restaurant.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and coaching to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
