Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Document field records for quality, production, labor, and materials to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Support inventory management and tracking of time sheets, costs, and quantities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs to ensure accurate project estimates and planning.
  • Monitor the quality plan, conducting quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Conduct basic safety inspections and training, identifying and correcting safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes, and billings, as well as workforce planning.
  • Support schedules and performance monitoring to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including supervisors and subtrade partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, including supervisors and subtrade partners.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
