HIMCAN CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise workers and projects to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure project budget adherence.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bondable.
  • Team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
