Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at HIMCAN CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers to meet project requirements.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to requisition materials and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing security and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
