Head of Security Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Operations to join our team at Excalibur Security Services Inc.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal facility condition.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintaining quality and production levels by monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Procuring materials, equipment, and supplies in a cost-effective manner, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Providing technical guidance and advice to resolve work-related problems, with a focus on improving productivity and product quality.
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of staff, including task delegation and performance evaluation.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills, safety knowledge, and company policies.
- Establishing clear work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The full-time position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Prior experience in a security or operations management capacity, although not required, is an asset.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
