About the Role:

Fusion Security is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Center, you will be responsible for managing all scheduling needs, handling administrative and operational tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation across all assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule static security officers for sites as required
  • Assign tasks to Field Support Supervisors
  • Maintain communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide direction
  • Communicate with clients over the phone and/or via email regarding scheduling needs

Requirements:

  • A valid BC Security License
  • High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
  • At least one year of experience in the security industry
  • At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching role
  • Administrative and data entry experience is an asset
  • Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Windows Operating system
