At Guardteck Security Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Head of Security Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who can:

  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to security personnel, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to safeguard people and assets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.

  • Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Monitor and report security incidents, recommending corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Client-focused, flexible, organized, and a team player.
