Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobilia Interiors Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
