Executive Culinary Team Lead

PITALAND is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, hiring food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.
About You:To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Experience in a similar role is essential, and you should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
