Job Summary

HORANG RESTAURANT seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu planning and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
