Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Care in managing nursing staff levels and skills mix
- Provide administrative coordination, scheduling, and payroll support
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements and relevant regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to meet workload demands
