Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
