Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at WOK BOX MOOSEJAW. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
    • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
    • Experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and 13.5 kg (30 lbs) occasionally.
