About the Role

The Industrial Electrician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to identify root causes
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Collaborate with operators and other teams to ensure seamless production operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements
  • Certified Journeyman Electrician (Alberta or Red Seal)
  • Experience maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
