About the Role:

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Lethbridge, AB site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and scheduled equipment inspections, following prescribed guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure the operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices.
  • Review and assist program leaders and teams with the electrical safety program to ensure adherence.
  • Adhere to all quality systems & safety procedures, including environmental regulations.
  • Make recommendations for improved safety through electrical programs and/or process changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Alberta Electrical Journeyman certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal Electrical Journeyman certificate.
  • Valid Class "5" driver's license required and able to obtain a driver's abstract.
  • Industrial electrical maintenance work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial electrical panels and equipment up to 600V are required.
