Additionally, they will advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.

- Candidate Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Coordination and Administration: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process, and prepare job offers.
- Staffing Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and possess a client-focused approach. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure. A high level of attention to detail is required, as well as the ability to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
