Job Title: Roofing and Shingling Supervisor

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing and Shingling Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing and shingling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing and shingling crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the company's services and products.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in roofing and shingling, with a focus on supervision and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing and shingling materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
