Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing and shingling projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
  • Commercial and residential roofing projects.
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
Language:
  • English.
