Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

At Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and shinglers on construction sites
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and develop the skills of our roofers and shinglers
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the roofing industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Commercial and residential roofing experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
