Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our roofing crew and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our roofing crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop the skills of our crew members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for our crew and clients.
  • Manage Materials and Equipment requisitioning and ordering supplies as needed to ensure that our crew has the necessary resources to complete projects.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to achieve business objectives, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the roofing industry.
  • Work Setting: Commercial and residential roofing projects.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and strong communication skills.
