Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of roofers and shinglers to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Commercial and residential roofing experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Commercial and residential roofing sites.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Language:
  • English.
