Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counselor for our Child and Youth Services team. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to children and youth, working closely with families and community partners to support the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to children and youth, addressing a range of issues including mental health, relationships, and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community agencies to develop and implement comprehensive support plans.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers on topics such as parenting, child development, and community resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • 3 years of experience working with children and youth, preferably in a counseling or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of child and youth development, mental health, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
