Floral Department Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floral Manager to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ordering and merchandising floral products to provide customers with the best possible variety and quality of creative and fresh floral arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and friendly store environment.
- Ensure accurate pricing and inventory management of floral products.
- Design and create innovative and exciting fresh, silk, and dried flower arrangements.
- Supervise and train floral department employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company safety and sanitation standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the floral industry, preferably with two years of management experience.
- Post-secondary education in floral design or specialized on-the-job training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
