Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floral Manager to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the floral department and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the floral department to achieve maximum sales and profit.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the ordering and merchandising of floral products to ensure a wide variety of creative and fresh arrangements are available to customers.
- Supervise and train floral department employees to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Ensure the maintenance of safety procedures and sanitation standards in the floral department.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the floral industry, preferably with two years of management experience.
- Post-secondary education in floral design or specialized on-the-job training.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
