We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floral Manager to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the floral department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the floral department, including ordering and merchandising products, and ensuring maximum sales and profit.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Supervise and train floral department employees, ensuring they meet high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Design and create innovative and exciting floral arrangements, ensuring they meet customer expectations and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the franchisee to establish costs and retails, ensuring maximum gross profits.
- Ensure the maintenance of safety procedures and sanitation standards, as per company policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the floral industry, preferably with two years of management experience.
- Post-secondary education in floral design or specialized on-the-job training.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
