About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting our Project Managers with project scheduling, action item tracking, and ensuring the successful delivery of core IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, including action item tracking and monitoring project progress
  • Manage smaller projects related to M&A activities, branch moves, software tool rollouts, and minor hardware/network upgrades
  • Document management for PMO artifacts, quotes, invoices, and project-related documents
  • Prepare communications, progress reporting, and meeting agendas and minutes
  • Enforce project adherence to internal quality standards, processes, tools, and documentation
  • Support business analysis activities to ensure projects and technical solutions meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience working on IT projects with an interest in project management, analysis, and processes
  • Experience in defect tracking tools, content management tools, project management, and time tracking tools
  • Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to understand complex architectural, networking, and software issues
  • Adaptability to effectively deal with changing circumstances and priorities
  • Good detail orientation, effective collaboration, and communication skills
