Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Jeff Cooke Insurance Agency Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
- Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for clients based on their individual circumstances.
- Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
- Provincial or Territorial Licence: Hold a valid provincial or territorial licence to practice as an insurance agent.
- Insurance Experience: Possess relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on group insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, house insurance, life insurance products, and travel insurance products.
- Education: Have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Work Hours: Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting business objectives.
