Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Install and configure software applications, including operating systems, security software, and productivity tools.
  • Maintain accurate problem-solving logs and provide incident management support as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of network protocols, router configurations, and server administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
