About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Engineering projects in the Buildings Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a project-specific mechanical design team and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a valid PEO license.
  • 10 years' experience in engineering consulting industry, focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience with leading mechanical design teams.
  • The ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
