Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement and review new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
